ARinfuse project Italian training concluded. Cyprus event is up next.

The second training event of the ARinfuse project was concluded successfully on 3 December 2020.

Being organised by the GISIG (Geographical Information Systems International Group) and AMFM GIS Italia in Genova, Italy our event addressed students and professionals in the utility sector that are planning to use AR technology in practical applications. In total 40 participants registered for the event spanning from the entire spectrum of engineering science, grid, utilities management and public administration, while 20 of them participated for the entire duration of the event at all times.

During the event, key material from the ARInfuse catalogue of training modules on Augmented Reality in the utility infrastructure was introduced and all participants were provided with a link in advance to participate at the event and get free access at the training modules hosted at https://arinfuse.moodle.school  

The end of the event signaled the kick-off of a 5 days training course during which all project trainers where be available to respond to questions and guide the participants through the material and lectures.
